No refund. only exchange within 2 days, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. sales items cannot be exchanged. we only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. TarLifestyle ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center. We are a NewYork based company but some of our warehouses are located in Paris, Japan and Africa. This helps us provide the most competitive pricing and free shipping on our items. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 14-25 days
